By creating an account on Latus Labs, Inc. ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Latus Labs, Inc. provides a multi-tenant business management platform including event management, scheduling, lodging, GPS tracking, and related tools. Services are provided on a subscription basis.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Subscriptions are billed per site per application on a monthly basis. Free trials are available for each application. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to maintain access. Payments are processed by Stripe.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement for details on how data is handled.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from Account → Subscriptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Latus Labs, Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified and asked to re-accept when material changes are made.
